Mission

• Lead the club in planning, launching, and completing four/five projects through the 2026-2027 school year.

Time commitment:

• 2-6 hours a week (heavier in the fall than the rest of the year)

Goals

• Each Semester, prepare projects for their launch at the start of the following semester.
• Work with project leads to standardize club projects: define best practices, preferred tech stacks, etc.
• Over the summer, outline 3-4 project proposals for fall projects.
• Work with the officer team to develop a standardize method of leading club projects; outlining best practices and preferred tech stacks.
• Approve submitted project proposals over the year as they come in.
• Meet biweekly with project teams with the help of the associate director to ensure projects are moving along smoothly.
• With the help of the associate director and some of the other officers, recruit ~10 project leads to run the club projects in the fall.
• Resolve conflicts and tackle issues that arise amongst project teams.
