• 2-3 hours a week

Goals

• Engage club members:
  • Stay in touch with club members so meetings can cater to their interests.
  • Work closely with the social media team to turn our lectures and workshops into social media content.
• Lead the Meetings team:
  • Create a roadmap for lectures and workshops for the 25-26 school year.
  • Plan and delegate the creation and presentation of new lectures and workshops, working with the team to find optics and areas that interest them.
  • Review and give feedback on presentations to their presenter before general meetings.
  • Revamp and iterate on existing workshops and presentations to make sure they are up to date. (AI is always changing!)
