Mission

• Assist the director of projects in ensuring, the delivery of 4-5 CS+AI club projects throughout the school year.
• Work closely with other officers to kickstart other larger events; such as Kaggle competitions and hackathons.

Time commitment:

• 2-5 hours a week (heavier in the fall than the rest of the year

Recurring Tasks

• Summer
  • Work with Director of Projects to select the first set of projects to be revealed in the Fall
• Fall Semester
  • Assist with the recruitment/selection of Project Leads
  • Assist with the recruitment/selection/assignment of project team members
  • Kickstart Projects!
  • End of quarter
    • Approve new project ideas if there is bandwidth
• Spring Semester
  • Meet bi-weekly with a portion of Project Leads to make sure everything is going smoothly
  • If there are new projects that were approved
    • Assist with the recruitment/selection of Project Leads
    • Assist with the recruitment/selection/assignment of project team members
  • Assist with setting up a demo day
